Workflow for process setups allows users to create Status levels and set automation throughout the process. 



  1.  Status Levels - The first status on the list is the default status for forms when they're started. For more information visit here.
  2.  Approvals - Allow you to lock forms on certain status levels until a certain staff user approves the form. For more information visit here.
  3.  Status Triggers - Triggers a form from the process to a certain Status level once certain field conditions are met on said form. For more information visit here.
  4.  Action Triggers - Triggers that create actions and/or send emails when forms hit set date conditions, certain status levels, or both. For more information visit here.
