Layouts are used to create a custom report that can be printed or create a PDF file with. Prior to creating a layout you would like to add a Style sheet as this will allow you to use different layout, color and fonts for your report.
If you would like us to create a Style sheet and Layout please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org. The cost is $150.00 p/h.
Click + Add a Layout.
Layout: add the name of the report.
Settings : will open some additional options including a dropdown to select which Style sheet you want to use and a security setting that dictates if you want agent & customer users to be able to select and use the layout(s).
Either use the box on the right side of the page to insert the fields to your HTML body or alternatively you can add the HTML language directly into the body by typing in the code.
Click Done when finished.
