Top menu >> Setup >> Select process >> Verified lists


The Verified list feature allows you to verify a group of people that attended a meeting for example. Any person can be added, including people that are not setup in RPM as a user. 


Click Settings.




Set the Enabled radio button to Yes


Optional:

  • Allow multiple lists per form: when set to Yes you can add more than 1 list to the form. 
  • Box title: Change the title of the box (eg: Attendance, Staff present for meeting).
  • Add a list: Change the text of the link (eg: Add attendees).



From the form, a meeting process in the example screenshot below, click + Add a list





Add names. 





Click Verify when done.
